ECC adopts the highly technical vertical curing method - VCV - purchased through the reputable Maillefer, for the triple layer extrusion for the insulation layers of its products of the XLPE underground power cables. This VCV method installed in a high-rise industrial tower with a height of 108 meters ensures the eccentricity of power cables, especially with high cross-sectional area. This guarantees the best possible quality of the insulation layer with nearly zero deviations for the eccentricity, which in turns leads to super fine quality products of cables guarantying the long life and electrical stability of the network grid. ECC was the first producer of extra high voltage power cables in the Middle East and North Africa to adopt such technology in its production.
