Medium Voltage Cables

Overview

Medium-voltage cables find frequent application in substation equipment, industrial power distribution, and the provision of electricity to commercial and residential structures. These cables are employed indoors within power stations, and when used outdoors, they are typically installed underground or in cable ducts. Various types of insulation are utilized to shield the aluminum or copper conductors, preventing contact with the ground to avoid discharges that could harm the equipment, the cable itself, or pose a risk of injury.
